SHIPPING POLICY

  • Made-to-Order Production:

    • Standard Orders: Dispatched in 3–4 business days.

    • Custom Orders: Takes 1–2 weeks to craft before shipping.

  • Global Delivery Estimates (DHL / FedEx / UPS):

    • Express Shipping: 5 – 7 business days.

    • Standard Shipping: 10 – 15 business days.

  • Order Tracking: Automated tracking information is emailed as soon as your package is dispatched.

  • Customs & Import Duties: For international orders, all local import taxes, clearance charges, and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted linen textiles. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help.

  • Eligibility for Return:

    • Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items only within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Conditions:

    • Color variations between screen display and actual fabric.

    • Minor handmade or hand block print variations inherent to artisan craft.

    • Change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect sizing/item selection.

    • Items washed, worn, or altered after delivery.

  • Return Approval Process:

    • Email us at support@threadingtheneedles.com with your Order Number, clear photos of the damaged area, and photos of the packaging.

    • Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.

  • Resolution:

    • Once approved, we will provide prepaid return shipping instructions. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a free replacement.
