Shipping

Every item in our shop is handmade to order by skilled artisans, so please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. During holidays or periods of high demand, production may take 12–15 business days.

Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–12 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

We currently ship within the country; if you're located elsewhere and would like to inquire about international shipping, please reach out to us before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll be happy to make it right with a replacement or refund.

As each piece is individually hand block printed, slight variations in pattern placement, texture, and color are natural characteristics of genuine handmade textiles rather than defects.
