1. Made-to-Order & Production Times
Every fabric order is prepared and cut with care:

  • Standard Orders: Dispatched in 3–4 business days.

  • Custom Orders: Takes 1–2 weeks to make before shipping.

2. Global Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide using DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS:

  • Express Shipping: 5 – 7 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: 10 – 15 business days.

3. Order Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your package is dispatched.

4. Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties or local import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
