How we make, pack and ship your order, with delivery estimates, customs information and tracking.

1. Production and dispatch

• Standard orders are dispatched within 3–4 business days.
• Custom orders take 1–2 weeks to make before shipping.

2. Where we ship from and to

All orders ship from Jaipur, India. We ship within India and to the countries available at checkout, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and most of Europe.

3. Delivery estimates

We ship with DHL Express, FedEx and UPS.

• Express shipping: 5–7 business days.
• Standard shipping: 10–15 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery to remote areas, or parcels held in customs, can take longer.

4. Order tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your package is dispatched. See Track Your Order.

5. Customs and import taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer.
