Threading the Needles is based in Jaipur, India, and every order ships from there. If you are ordering from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia or Europe, this guide explains what happens after you check out.
1. Your order is prepared
Ready-to-ship orders are usually dispatched within 3–4 business days. Custom orders take 1–2 weeks to make before they ship.
2. You receive tracking
When the order leaves Jaipur, we email a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. Our Track Your Order page explains more.
3. Your parcel clears customs
International parcels pass through customs in the destination country. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees, where charged, are set by that country and are paid by the customer. They are not included in our prices or shipping cost. The amount depends on your country, the order value and the type of product.
Customs checks can add time to delivery, especially at busy times of year. Delivery estimates are in our shipping policy.
4. Your order arrives
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or defective, email support@threadingtheneedles.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Our returns policy has the details.

What currency are prices in?
Prices on the site are in US dollars.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, the address usually cannot be changed.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, so please check sizes, colours and care before ordering. Our size guide and FAQ can help.
